* Canon Character relationships
* Allegiance Changing - If you were raised a Suna ninja, you cannot move to Kiri and become a Kiri ninja. It would be a security risk to both countries.
Conditional
Bijuu - The Tailed beasts will NOT be given to the public, however they may be featured in plots in the future. IF, and that is IF, you are chosen to wield or be offered a bijuu, it will be after much deliberation. Those who ask, will be auto denied.
Clans
* Custom Clans - You may create a custom clan with or without a kekkai genkai, however, if you do want a specific kekkai genkai, you must first check the compiled clan list to see if a similar ability is already in existence in that village. If this is the case, you must join that clan, or create a "branch clan" which will have historical roots to the original clan, but a slightly different ability and culture. You must provide a link to the main clan in your clan profile if you create a branch clan.
* Super-Mega-Powerful Clans - Your Clan must be excellently written
* Otsutsuki Clan - We are TRYING THIS OUT to see how this goes. NO to the rinnegan, rinnesharingan, or tensaigan. Byakugan will be allowed at Chunin+ rank, must start out as Genin (Or academy student), and can not be your first character.
Miscellaneous
* Killing - Chunin+ characters can kill and be killed, however, there has to be a very good reason for it, and if there is not, someone with ANBU, ANBU Captain or Legendary nin (or simply a moderator with a NPC) can jump in and stop it before it happens. (In other words, you can not stroll into a topic of people have a topic and kill them. However, in fights yes, you can be killed)
* Custom Elements - You may create your own custom element by combining two of the five elements, however, you must have a clan and kekkai genkai to do so, and if one is already in existence for your village (see the compiled clan list), you must join that one.
Sage mode - Naruto/Six paths sage mode will not be allowed, nor will Kabuto's, but Sage mode will be handled on a case by case basis. One must have at least a Jounin or higher character.
Special Event Rewards
The Flying Thundergod, Chidori/Raikiri, and Rasengan/everyotherballjutsuandrelatedstuff will be used for plot reasons, but there is a chance that you too will be able earn such these jutsu through special events held periodically!
