• Rinnesharingan – His treasured third eye, the Rinnesharingan is a powerful doujutsu located within the center of his forehead. When activated, it bestows its user the ability to comprehend the workings of chakra it witnesses. This effectively allows the Otsutsuki the ability to understand effectively any ninjutsu or kekkei genkai the eye bares witness to. His ability to accumulate knowledge is the main reason he has become known as “Omoikane,” the God of Wisdom. This acts as his Doujutsu Kekkei Moura.
  
• Onmyoton – The combination of Yin and Yang chakra elements, Onmyoton acts as the origin of all jutsu and is indirectly routed in every technique that utilizes chakra. With the aid of his doujutsu, the Otsutsuki can use this Kekkei Moura to effectively nullify the effects of any technique that becomes too “problematic” or replicate it if it is “to his liking.” This acts as his Chakra Kekkei Moura.
  
• DNA Absorption & Replication – A major factor in his desire to accumulate all knowledge on this Earth is his innate ability to absorb the genetic information of anyone he touches skin to skin with. When combined with his Kekkei Moura “Souma no Jutsu,” Omoikane effectively can transform into an exact copy of the person, create a biological clone of them through his Shikigami, or use their genetic information to bestow abilities into others. This acts as his Physical Kekkei Moura.
  
• Dimensional Rift – Though far from the powers possessed by Kaguya, Omoikane holds the ability to tear a rift in space to create a temporary portal for him (and others) to travel to effectively any location. Of course, the distance traveled determines the amount of chakra used to perform this incredible ability. This acts as his Space/Time Kekkei Moura.
  
• Origami & Shikigami – Paper ninjutsu seems to be one of the few ninja techniques Omoikane thought worth of learning. Probably because its kanji was so similar to “God.” This allows the man to wield paper as an extension of his will. Hell, he can even turn into it if he likes. The man’s main usage is something known as Shikigami – paper dolls that act as his personal servants, replicas of his person, or even copies of his enemies.
  
• Medical Ninjutsu – Though he is a talented medical shinobi in that he knows of many Earthly diseases and ailments, Omoi’s true knowledge comes to genetic studies. He is using this skillbase to slowly replicate the loss kekkei genkai of lost past. Some even claim he can take these genetic assets away just as “easily.”
  
• Juuinjutsu – Omoikane gained power as Kirigakure’s leader not by just the fact he is incredibly powerful but because of his ability to empower those who wished to follow him. This of course did come with a price. One that many may not learn to consequences of until it is far too late. Using sealing techniques, his ability to replicate genetic structures, and his impeccable knowledge of medical ninjutsu; Omoi is effectively able to create a seal that bestows unique abilities in others in exchange for their eternal servitude. This can give those without bloodline limits a kekkei genkai of their own to bestowing them techniques they otherwise never would be able to utilize. But is it worth their soul? Some villagers seem to think it is.

• Physicality – Omoi is a brain over brawn kind of fellow. He does not enjoy fighting up close and personal and much rather prefers others fighting for him. After all, he wouldn’t want to mess up his hair.
