Hikari is a bit on the tall side for her age standing at five foot three inches, though with a physique that suites her. Agile, lean, and very athletic are used to describe the girl's build. A bit on the skinny side, Hikari is made up of muscles; compensating for the lack of any real fat on her body. For a girl her age, she looks more mature than she really is, making it seem a career in dancing would better suite her. A pixie hair style is found on top of their girl's head, pale blue in color; some strands lighter than others. Usually pulled back into a small high ponytail, the length when it's down only falls to her shoulder. Her hair is naturally straight, and despite her odd habits of play, it remains silky and smooth.
Truly causing the girl to stand out are the features of her appearance. Almond shaped eyes colored in an electric blue give her a striking and fierce stare. A small button nose; a little more pink on the tip, sits on her oval face. Pale skin color gives the illusion that the girl doesn't get much sun. Though what stands out the most to anyone who sees the girl is what you can find a top her head. Above her forehead you will find on either side of her head two little white nub horns. A key difference between herself and others her age.
Hikari's clothing is something simple and easy to move around in. A light grey tunic shirt with small straps is worn over a black form fitting tank top. The shirt itself has no sleeves and length covers down to her mid-thigh. The sides of the shirt are open up to her waist, and the bottoms have a torn look to them. Around the stomach she had a red corset that is tied shut with a long green ribbon. Though it's supposed to be tied in a bow behind her, it's usually left untied and hanging. Long black finger-less gloves cover the girl's hands and reach up just past her elbow.
Underneath the tunic short, Hikari wears black form fitting shorts. They're rather short, only covering a little less than half her thigh. On the girl's feet she wears the usual shinobi sandals, only they raise to just underneath her knee. These are also black in color. The girl's headband is tied around her head, pushed back just slightly from her forehead to keep her hair back, but sits in front of the little nub horns she has. The strap for the band is a dark blue in color. Finally, the Rapier that she owns is clipped to her right side by a black belt. The ornate sheath for the blade is gold with leaf patterns on it.
Personality
Whether the girl is alone or with friends and other people, Hikari is a free spirit. She's an adventurous person who's fiercely loyal to those she's close with. Other key aspects of her personality are her pervyness and sarcasm. Due to her upbringing, she didn't really learn how to properly act in social situations, and thus she can be rather... inappropriate. However, people mostly just play it off as she's joking, so to her it's what she is doing, just joking. All in all, Hikari is just a very easy going person.
Making jokes at other's expense, especially if she can make it awkward for them, is usually how she spends her days. Her pervyness and sarcasm make for a dynamic duo when she's in social situations. She tries to keep it to her close friends, but even strangers are at her mercy. Considering she's more of a follower, Hikari is rarely by herself for long. She's usually up for anything that they want to do, but she can tend to be a bit bossy. Even if she doesn't want the responsibility of being in charge. This girl usually has a smile on her face, and if laughing and happy whenever anyone sees her. That doesn't mean she doesn't have a darker side to her heart, but she ignores it. Live life to the fullest.
When it comes to fighting, Hikari is a bit brash and reckless. She tends to run into fights thinking she can make a plan as she goes. However, it's usually a bad idea. Her fighting style is quick and fast. She doesn't like long drawn out fights, and figures she can end them quickly with her speed. However, that can also be her downfall, considering her strategy is always the same. She does like to have fun when she's fighting though. Even in real battles she tends to antagonize her opponents. This is another time when her pervyness tends to come out. When someone else is calling the shots, Hikari finds she can actually be useful to others, and is much better of a fighter.
Strengths
- Clan Ability Ocular: Hikari’s ocular ability from her Otsutsuki blood takes the form of a Sharingan. This grants two broad abilities: the “Eye of Insight” and the “Eye of Hypnotism.”

- Struggles with ranged combat.

- Being that she is pervy and sarcastic, her mouth tends to cause her a lot of trouble.
- Prolonged use of her newly acquired Doujutsu is a drain on her chakra.
Biography
Lights flashing, liquid simmering, and clattering instruments. These are the first sounds that Hikari can remember. The first sight, many blurred faces looking down at her. This was not a normal birth however, for the next sound was also a flat line. Hikari, light, was born. The experiment was a success, at the loss of the life of her mother. Today was still a special day, though the child would not know why.
The young girl grew up in a laboratory, learning many things from all of the scientists, and always having rigorous tests performed on her. She was introduced to other children at parks, but always with supervision in excess. She always wondered why no one else had little nubs of horns like she did. Other kids would ask her why, and she would just shrug. She also learned the hard way that she had no parents. The people in lab coats were always nice to her, though she wondered what it would be like to have a family.
By the age of nine she was told she would be enrolled into the academy, as well as she was told the origin of her birth. Hikari was actually an experiment implanted inside a surrogate host, with DNA from the long lost Otsutsuki clan. Since the Fourth Shinobi War, and a small issue with Konoha having also found two lost Otsutsuki clan members, Kirigakure too wanted to see if they could produce a loving offspring. While the experiment was not a failure, the host was lost during birth, and the product, Hikari, currently did not possess any doujutsu as of now. Perhaps time would tell.
This was news like no other. What was a child to do with information like this? She finally had all the answers, and now she wished she did not have what she had sought. At first she was a despondent lump, devoid of all happiness and would not leave her room. After a while, she got over it, figuring why the hell not live the life that was created. She was an experiment yes, but she was alive, and she was her own person. She was allowed to leave and be a Kunoichi, and that meant adventure.
The academy turned out to be fun, and that is where she made friends with a boy named Kai, who also was a boy assigned to her squad after graduating from the academy. Now time will show what adventures await, what will happen with the life she was given, and what purpose that she may actually have. Time, something she had plenty of. Time, something she was the master of.

1. Kai

Description: This technique allows the user to disrupt the chakra flow of their bodies for a brief moment dispelling an illusion that they are under. This can also be used on another person by touching him or her.
2. Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Description: A ninjutsu utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.
3. Mizu Nen (Water Sense)

Description: User of this jutsu can sense the location of water within a one mile radius.
4. Mizurappa (Violent Water Wave)

Range: Close Range, Mid Range
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent. One can freely control the power of this technique by the amount of chakra kneaded and then released.
5. Mizu Bushin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Description: A ninjutsu that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
6. Mizu Dageki (Water Strike)

Description: Using surrounding water, whether it be from the air, puddles, rain, etc, the user engulfs a weapon in water. The weapon is then lunged forward in a striking motion, propelling the water at high speeds. The water does damage from the blunt impact, enough to break bones.
7. Mizu Shirudo (Water Shield)
Rank: C+
Range: Self, Close Range
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a small round shield out of water on their arm, proportionate to their size. At her current rank it works as a small shield protecting her from projectiles, melee combat, etc. A C rank and higher Doton jutsu will destroy the shield, it can deflect up to a B rank Katon jutsu. A B rank and higher Raiton jutsu will fry through the shield and into the user.
8. Suiton: Mizu Rivu~aiasan no jutsu (Water Style: Water Leviathan Jutsu)
Rank: B
Range: Close to Mid
Description: The ninja does 4 hand seals before clapping their hands. Upon clapping water will swell up from all surrounding sources and form into a large Leviathan. The user will then thrust their hands outward, commanding the water made denizen to smash into their target, or have the beast be used as a shield. The size is as large as the water dragon techniques and the source of the water must be 50 feet away or closer.
